IMPORTANT
If you don’t specify any shade, you will receive 35% VLT for all windows. Please also mention if there is anything specific about your rear-view window such as third stop light, sliding windows, defrost elements on the sides...
What is VLT?
VLT stands for “Visible Light Transmission”. Lower the VLT percentage is the darker it gets:
05% VLT: Very Dark, Limo style
20% VLT: Dark, Factory tint style
35% VLT: Moderate
50% VLT: Low
80% VLT: Very Low, looks almost not tinted (usually used for Solar & UV protection)

- Which shade will I get?
You can choose up to 2 shades for your windows, available shades are 5%, 15%, 20%, 35% or 50% VLT. You may specify which shade you want at checkout or you can email us right after your purchase. If you don’t specify any shade, we will send you 35% VLT for all your windows.
- Where/When do I have to specify the car make and model?
Please specify your car’s make, model, year and style (coupe, convertible, sedan, hatch or sedan) at checkout or email us right after your purchase. Your order will be on hold until we have the details of your car.
- How hard is it to install your precut kit?
The hardest part of the tinting is done by our extra precise plotters; they precut the tint films to fit exactly on your car’s windows. The installation difficulty depends on how handy and how patience you are. Installing our precut tint films does not require a special training, but if you are a first times, you must not rush while installing. First you should read our tutorial and watching several videos on how to install could also help.

- Are your Tints legal?
Window tinting laws and regulations vary for state to state. You must verify with your state’s laws and regulations prior to your purchase.
- What do I do if there is a problem while installing?
Our extra durable 2 PLY tints are strong and smooth in the same time. Smoothness allows you to easily install the film on your windows and strength of the film forgives the small possible mistakes during the installation.
But our tints are not un-destroyable; if any major mistake was done during the installation and the film is damaged, please contact us. We will try our best to replace the damaged peace fastest and cheapest possible.
Also do not hesitate to contact us before or during the installation.

Return Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the product back within 14 business days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your full purchase price less shipping and handling.
- Item must be in original package and unused to be eligible for a full refund. If the package is opened or item is used and you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us.

Shipping and Handling
Once payment is received, all items will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day
- For USA: Alaska, Hawaii and other countries please contact us prior to bidding or buying
- For Canada: Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut shipping rates please contact us prior to bidding or buying
- We ship via Canpar or Canada Post for Canada and the USA, and Canada Post for all other destinations.
- Taxes, VAT and any other taxes for International destinations are the responsibility of the buyer.
- All shipments are insured.
- Your tracking number is emailed to you on the day of shipping. If you do not receive our notification please verify your bulk or spam folder. Also ensure we have the correct email address on our records.
- We do not ship to APO and PO box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical street address.
For International shipping contact us for rates prior to bidding and provide country, city and postal code.
