Program Remote To Your Vehicle

If you're not sure your vehicle can use this remote, please ask questions or contact your local dealer first.

This remote needs to be programmed to your vehicle in order for it to work with your vehicle’s installed RKE (remote keyless entry ) system:

PLEASE NOTE:  When you begin the programming sequence to sync your remote to your installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system, you MUST HAVE ALL OF YOUR REMOTES (Including PREVIOUSLY PROGRAMMED remot e(s)) to be programmed with you at the time of programming… 

ALL PREVIOUSLY PROGRAMMED REMOTES WILL BE ERASED AT THIS TIME.

(This is a safety feature which prevents anyone else from accessing your vehicle.)

 UP TO 8 REMOTES (total) may be programmed to your vehicle’s system at one time.

KEYLESS REMOTE PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE:

AT TIME OF PROGRAMMING:

 ALL remotes to be programmed and/or reprogrammed MUST BE PRESENT

Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle.

• 1) All doors unlocked, drivers door open
• 2) Insert key and remove(do not turn)
• 3) Lock and unlock doors with button on drivers door 5 times(1 sec intervals)
• 
  4) Close drivers door, Open drivers door
• 
  5) Lock and unlock doors with button on drivers door 5 times
• 
  6) Take key insert and turn to On position then to lock Twice, remove key
• 
  7) Locks should cycle lock to unlock by themselves if you completed the sequence properly and it is equipped with keyless entry In the next 10 secs or so complete the next step :
• 
  8) Take the remote and hold lock and unlock buttons at the same time for
  about a sec and then press either lock or unlock for a sec. If the locks cycle the programming was a success.
