A) The e-mail address that the order was placed under. B) Any and all numbers or markings that are on your old supports. C) The part numbers that are on the actual supports that you received. (Not the number on the package but the actual supports). D) The year, make and model of your vehicle and any important details such as: Convertible, with or without spoiler, or anything that you think would be helpful. Photos of the issues are great as well. Returns and Exchanges: If the return is due to an error in our listing we will pay all shipping to correct the problem. If the return is due to an error on your part you would be responsible for the return shipping as well as the shipping for the correct units. In the event that an exchange is necessary please contact us for an RGA number and return shipping address. Any items received without authorization are subject to delays and may not receive proper credit. If the product looks different than expected do not install it but rather contact us with the details so that we can make sure it is correct. Products that have been damaged during installation or altered will not be accepted.
