Returns:
You many return an item within 30 days
of your order date. Shop
Eddies does not accept returns after 30 days. All returns will require a RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number that is supplied to you through an email
notification. A returned item must be returned in its original packaging and be
in NEW condition. If for any reason an item is sent back without a RMA or
not in original package, Shop Eddies has the right to deny your package.
No refund will be issued.
All RMA’s have an expiry date of
30 days after issue date.
Shop Eddies will not be held liable for
any damage occurring from improper installation. Parts that are damaged because
of installation or abuse are non-returnable. Shop Eddies is not
responsible for expenses such as car rental, mechanic / dealer expenses towing
or other…that might have occurred due to the result of a defective or damaged
part.
Manufacturers provide product data;
therefore, Shop Eddies cannot make a 100% guarantee on the accuracy of the
product / item fitment process. Items and photos are changing
daily.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and all return orders will
incur a 15% restocking charge. It is the responsibility of the end user to
verify the fit of all parts prior to installation.
Custom orders, parts installed,
repainted parts and electrical parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
