All returns will require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that is supplied to you through an email notification. A returned item must be returned in its original packaging and be in NEW condition. If for any reason an item is sent back without a RMA or not in original package, Shop Eddies has the right to deny your package. No refund will be issued. Parts that are damaged because of installation or abuse are non-returnable.
