    Sales Tax
    For shipments to Canada, we are required by provincial law to collect the right amount of sales tax for the province that you have purchased the product from. For the USA there will be no sales tax required.  


    Shipping

    Shop Eddies is committed to sending your package out within 2- business days after receiving a cleared payment.   If for any reason an order is placed on back-order or becomes unavailable (disconnected) or we cannot get you your product shipped out within this 2-business day turnaround, we will contact you via email or by phone to ensure you are aware of the delay.

    A tracking number will be provided once shipment has been processed.  It can take up to 24-hours for the tracking number to show up in the carrier-tracking console. .

    Ground can take up to 3-8 business days!

    Standard, Canada  
    Ground can take up to 7-14 business days!

    International Shipping 

    Ground can take up to 7+ business days! Shop Eddies is not responsible for shipping damage that occurs during international transit.

    Shop Eddies does not accept returns or exchanges back on International shipments.




    Customer Service 

    Returns:

    You many return an item within 30 days of your order date. Shop Eddies does not accept returns after 30 days.  All returns will require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that is supplied to you through an email notification. A returned item must be returned in its original packaging and be in NEW condition.  If for any reason an item is sent back without a RMA or not in original package, Shop Eddies has the right to deny your package.  No refund will be issued.   All RMA’s have an expiry date of 30 days after issue date. 

    Shop Eddies will not be held liable for any damage occurring from improper installation. Parts that are damaged because of installation or abuse are non-returnable.  Shop Eddies is not responsible for expenses such as car rental, mechanic / dealer expenses towing or other…that might have occurred due to the result of a defective or damaged part.

    Manufacturers provide product data; therefore, Shop Eddies cannot make a 100% guarantee on the accuracy of the product / item fitment process.  Items and photos are changing daily.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable and all return orders will incur a 15% restocking charge. It is the responsibility of the end user to verify the fit of all parts prior to installation.

    Custom orders, parts installed, repainted parts and electrical parts cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please contact the manufacturer direct for any defect warrantees
