The warranty period begins from the date the product is purchased by the customer. Eluka Inc does not cover labor costs for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair for incidental or consequential damages arising from defective product.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Eluka Inc, we will be more than happy to exchange your product. Refunds and exchanges are issued during the 30 days following the date of shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping cost
