If an item is different than described, we'll take care of you. Other than that, all sales are final. No Returns. Exchanges are allowed and must be initiated and ship back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Items for exchange must be brand new and complete with original packaging and tags. Otherwise, 30% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item, or if items damaged during transit can not be exchange or credit. Buyers are responsible for all of the shipping charges associated with the exchange.Item(s) must be returned first before an exchange or refund.Shipping and Handling cost is non-refundable at any time.

Shipping and Handling:

1. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment verification.
2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 3. All claims for damaged good upon arrival must be reported to their respective shipping companies. The regular shipping and handling fees are not cover the damaged or lost package during delivery.
