Payment

Methods accepted: Contact me at (801) 686-1490 If you need to make payment other than Paypal. USPS M/O’s are appreciated. NO personal checks.

Fees

eBay & Paypal charge about 11% onto the shipping. I do not pass that on to you. If I overcharge by more than a buck on the shipping and you catch it before I refund the difference I will issue you the difference plus $5. Have I had to pay out? Yes I have.

Shipping

Where shipped: I no longer ship International. Shipping carrier: U.S.P.S. or FEDEX Ground. I can ship overnight at buyers expense.
Cost: ITEM VARIES depending on size of package, tracking-included.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:

If the item is bigger than a shoe box then the shipping time will take 21-27 days. USPS ships by boat to these locations. If you need it faster it is more expensive so check with me.

Delivery

When shipped: Within  24 hours after payment has been received and processed. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days. If you need it sooner let me know. I can ship overnight at buyers expense.
Frequency of shipments: Monday thru Friday.

Refunds,Returns

& Warranties

Restocking fee: The cost of original shipping. no refund on return shipping.

Returns allowed: Only if different than described. Condition of item: As shipped.
Notice: Let me know before returning. I will need return tracking number.
Timing of returns: 14 days to regard item good (unless specify in description).

Warranties: Each part comes with a 30 day warranty. If the part goes bad I will replace it if possible. Cosmetic damage not included. All items are marked with infra-red ink & special colored paint.
