Ralph’s Auto Parts Inc Policies

 Payment:

      All items bought in Ralph’s Auto Parts Store are required to make a payment within 5 days since purchase of the item. If we will not receive the payment within the time scale mentioned above, transaction will be canceled and item will be relisted. We only accept payments via PayPal.

Shipping:

      Items purchased, and paid before 3:30 PM of the central time will be sent the same business day. If we are going to receive the payment for the item later than 3:30 PM of the central time, we will ship it next business day. We ship the items via UPS Ground.

      Buyers who are living in Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii will get their items via USPS. For every Purchase we will provide tracking number. We ship internationally only selected items. For these please contact us.

 Returns:

      All items can be returned in 14 days since the date they have been received. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of the item he purchased. When we will receive the item, we will issue a refund. 10% restocking fee may apply.
