Warranty / Return Policy

All our products are brand new and meet or exceed OEM specifications and are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Pumps Express guarantees our products for as long as you own your vehicle. If any of our products has a manufacturing defect while installed in your vehicle we will exchange for the same unit, or if the failure occurs during the first 30 days, refund your money in full if you so choose. Pumps Express is not liable for any consequential damages, losses, costs or accidents. Third party fees or charges such as installation, labor, towing, etc. are not covered under this warranty and will not be reimbursed under any claim. Please allow 14 days for testing and verifying the nature of the failure before refund is issued.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2 P.M. Eastern Time (Monday - Friday) will be processed and shipped out the same day. For orders placed after 2 P.M. Eastern Time processing and shipping time is 1 business day. PayPal provides the address we ship your package from your account information. If you need your item shipped to a different address please let us know via email.

Please refer to the ‘Shipping and Payment’ tab above to calculate your shipping cost. While we make every effort to deliver your parts on time, shipping times are sometimes affected by weather delays or foreign customs. Understandably we have little control while your parcel is in the care of the carrier are not liable delays; however, we will gladly help tracking/finding information for you whenever possible. We cannot misstate or change the price of products or freight in any document needed to clear customs.

All continental US orders are sent via FedEx Ground Service unless you choose a different method.
Orders addressed to P.O boxes, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are considered international shipments and will be filled via USPS (United States Postal Service).
International Shipping is sent via USPS.
USPS only gives an approximation of delivery time.
