CAPA-Certification procedures for lighting products:

  1. VDI - Vehicle Dimensional Inspections with precise dimensions are collected from vehicles to ensure precision “accurate in-vehicle” lamp positioning. This data is then used to create lighting fixtures utilizing computer generated 3-D CAD data.
  2. FMVSS-108 - In addition to comprehensive photometry testing, metallurgical and material compositions are analyzed and validated via infrared spectroscopy. Impact tests for lens and housing are conducted at room temperature and after 4-hour exposure at -30 degrees Celsius. Other durability testing includes abrasion, humidity, rain, salt spray, vibration, mounting stud strength, and thickness measurements of vacuum metalizing ('chroming') of housing.
  3. VTF - Vehicle test fit processes to ensure precise fitment of light assemblies on vehicles.
  4. Certification - Random selection of production batches for photometry testing with final approval via official CAPA certification.

SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S: International orders aren't eligible for free shipping. We do ship internationally. But brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Insurance is not required but highly recommended for your purchase. All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We'll not be held liable for loss, damages, etc.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: We will accept authorized returns on re-saleable merchandise purchased from us within 30 days. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. RETURN SHIPPING COST: We will gladly send out Return Shipping Label to your email if in the case of a defective part or an error on our part such as the incorrect item was shipped to you. Otherwise, customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

RESTOCKING FEES: A 10% restocking fees may be applied to the following merchandise; Special order items, Electrical/electronic parts and fuel delivery parts, fuel injection parts, and suspension parts.
