All our items are NEW unless specified.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. With our RGA # buyer will be responsible for the out going freight cost as well since we cannot retieve back the cost of that.  Buyer will also pay a 30% restocking fee.
