Domestic packages (less than 100 lbs) are shipped FedEx ground (3 - 5 business days), or USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days) International packages (less than 100 lbs) are shipped FedEx International Ground or USPS International Priority International Buyers ? Policies
	Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact customer service at 888-243-3339 to request an RMA number for a return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Returned items must be new and include original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Library ladders are non-returnable. Spiral and straight stair kits are subject to restocking fees up to 25%.
