Black plastic rear 60/40 split bench seat latch for Ford Escape 2005 / 2006 / 2007 and Mercury Mariner.  Good condition, ready for install.  I pulled two from an '07 Escape, and had this to spare.  Clean and ready for install: includes mounting screws.
