14 Day Return Policy

Perfection is impossible when dealing with used tires, but we strive in listing the best of the best and accurately describing each and every tire.

We provide a 14 day replacement or refund policy on tires that are damaged prior to shipping or during the shipping process. All tires are visually and air checked prior to shipping and listing on ebay, but human error could ocur without any intention to misrepresent or mislead the buyer. Some of our tires have been professionally repaired (safe spots only, no sidewall repairs). We do our best to check the tires before listing on ebay. However, all buyers need to recognize that used tires have worn surfaces and sometimes the tire is not evenly worn on all surfaces. We do not know the history of any used tire that we sell. We offer replacement or refund within 14 days if the following conditions are met:

Buyer must contact to inform us of the problem within 14 day of receiving tire.
Buyer must provide pictures and send them to our email which will be provided later.
Pictures must include close up of the damage in dispute and two pictures showing the whole tire on both sides.
We consider a tire damaged, only when it has an unrepairable problem such as side wall leak, or broken belt (A leak on the tire tread that is easily repairable with either a plug or patch is not considered unrepairable damage). In this case, we will issue a partial refund to correct the damage.
We will try to find a replacement of the tire in dispute within 2 business days after you contact us.
In case we can't find a replacement tire, a full refund will be given through paypal to the buyer. In addition, we will give you a 25% off your next purchase to show our appreciation to you. We are not responsible for mounting and balancing charges.
In case of sets or pairs, only the damaged tire will be replaced or refunded (not the whole set or pair). A replacement of the damaged tire or partial refund will be issued.
Refund/Replacement will not be issued if tire had been driven on a car.
Only damaged tires are negotiated in this return policy.
Tires tread depth are not negotiable. We have provided a picture of the tread depth reading with a gauge on the tire. We provide accurate tread depth reading of all tires. Please note that we measure tread depth at the middle section of the tread area of the tire. Most used tires don't have even wear, sometimes the outer edges of the tread area have less tread depth and sometimes they have more. We have provided a close up picture of the tread area so you can see the tread depth clearly and compare it to the measurement that we took at the middle.
