Returns & Exchanges 

• Return will be accepted 7 days after receipt of merchandise with approved return authorization number which could be obtained through email or phone.
• All returning items must be in brand new, resalable condition. All returns are subject to restocking charge as specified in our return policy detail. Original shipping charge will not be refunded.
• All return package must be prepaid. If the return is for exchange purposes, buyer will be responsible for the new shipping. Check the return package and make sure it is properly taped and packaged. Insurance on returned package is highly recommended.
• Returning address can be found on the shipping package you received.
