- We offer a 30 days money back guarantee to protect our valuable customers. If you don't satisfy with the item for any reason, just simply return the item in original package and condition with RMA, we will gladly refund item price/deduct 20% restocking fee for free shipping items.
- We also offer a 60 days warranty to increase competitiveness. Please see the table below for your reference (please contact us first no matter what kind of the problem is, and for some cases, we will need your cooperation to find the reason first. *Customers will obtain an RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number issued by us before return. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issued. RMA number must be clearly written down on the package.
*Item need to be returned first before sending replacement or refund.

*Our items are brand new and inspected before being sent out, so if customers find items are not they ordered or could not be installed, please contact us within 7 days.
*Return items must be shipped back in original package and conditions.
*Most of our items do not come with instruction, therefore professional installation is highly recommended. No exchange or refund will be accepted if item is damaged without professional installation.
