For our Continental USA Customers: We typically ship large Seibon Carbon parts such as hoods, trunks, doors, etc., via a truck freight company such as Pilot, Yellow Freight, TransGroup, etc. We can not guarantee the exact truck freight company we will use as it changes based on the exact item you purchase and your exact location. If you require a specific truck company to deliver to you please contact us in advance before you purchase so we can arrange this for you. For the small items such as engine covers, grills, rear wings, etc., we typically ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and USPS 1st Class Mail, 100% at our sole discretion. Due to how the automated eBay system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) FedEx Ground. However, we may actually ship your product with UPS or the USPS instead. If you require a specific type of shipping, or a specific courier, please contact us before purchasing this part. We will be happy to work with you to ship as you need.

Please note specifying the freight company you want to use normally increases your shipping cost over our quotes rates as we get better discounts with some couriers than we do others. For the small items such as engine covers, grills, rear wings, etc., we typically ship via FedEx International Economy, DHL, US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and USPS 1st Class Mail, 100% at our sole discretion. Due to how the automated eBay system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) US Postal Service Priority Mail. However, we may actually ship your product with FedEx or DHL instead. If you require a specific type of shipping, or a specific courier, please contact us before purchasing this part. We will be happy to work with you to ship as you need.
Please note: There are some very remote addresses around the world that cost extra to ship to. We have found that some places far away from normal shipping hubs can be much more expensive to ship to than 99% of our customers. We can not determine in advance every address in the world that may cost hundreds of dollars more than what we charge you here. We ask that you understand that <1% of our customers are in a location with extremely expensive shipping and if it happens to be you that there will be an additional shipping cost. If your address happens to be in a location with extremely expensive shipping, we will contact you and give you the option to pay the additional shipping cost or receive a 100% full refund.


Receiving your Seibon Carbon Product(s)
Seibon products are unique in the method used to ship them, especially the larger items such as hoods, doors, front lips, etc. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you understand the special method you should use when you have the delivery company show up to give you your new Seibon part(s). Please take a few minutes to watch THIS VIDEO made by Seibon that explains in great detail how to receive and inspect your Seibon part(s) for potential shipping damages. We are not responsible for you not following these specific delivery and inspection methods! If you have any questions about receiving your products we are happy to answer them for you, please contact us via the eBay system!

Attention International Customers: This item does not ship with a standard parcel due to its size. Because of its size, it is an considered an oversized item and ships via specialized freight to your nearest international airport. An agent will contact you upon arrival from the airport. You are responsible for picking up the item from the airport. When you pick the item up from the airport there may be additional airport, brokerage fees, duties, and customs charges. Every airport and every country is different and we do not have a way to estimate or calculate these charges for you. If you refuse to pay these charges, you will not be able to pick your item up and the airport may begin charging a storage fee and/or destroy the item(s).


Shipping Time
Unless our auction specifically states a product is "In Stock", then shipping time can vary. Many items that do not state "In Stock" are in stock. However, some are not. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before you purchase via the eBay system so we may check stock before you purchase. Most items, but not all, that are in stock will ship the same business day your payment clears via Paypal, or the next business day, unless other indicated. Again, we ship within 1 business day of you pay with Paypal and the payment clears Paypal. If you choose to pay via Paypal with a check, bank withdrawal, or certain other Paypal methods, Paypal may not clear your payment for days or even a week or more. This is Paypal's policy - not ours. We have no control over their policies. Both Paypal and eBay inform us, as the seller, not to ship your product(s) until Paypal has cleared your payment.
Normal transit time for our 48 state USA customers is 2-6 business days, depending on how far you are from Seibon in California.

For our International customers, shipping time varies based on the shipping method we use, the country you are located in, and any unforeseen Customs delays that we have no control over. On average, shipping time for our International customers is 1 to 2 weeks, but this is an average, not a guarantee. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before you purchase so we may check availability and discuss your shipping time / shipping options.


Quantity on Hand / Quantity Available
Quantity on hand is subject to change at any given time. We sell in three different markets which consists of a combination of eBay, multiple retail websites, and wholesale / business-to-business). Items on hand change very often and the eBay auction Quantity Available listed may not be accurate. Due to the rapid pace we may not always have the physical stock. Items out of stock will be shipped from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that each manufacturer and/or distributor have their own shipping terms and policies that both the buyer and the seller have to abide by.


Back Orders
If a back order occurs, the buyer will be contacted as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer of such delays. An ETA provided by the manufacturer will be relayed to the buyer and the buyer will be given options to determine if he/she can or cannot allocate the extra time needed. A refund is only granted when both parties involved reach a mutual agreement. In the rare occurrence that an item is discontinued, the buyer will be notified immediately (as soon as such information is confirmed with the manufacturer). The buyer will be given multiple options. The options consist of superseding such item(s) with a replacement (if such options/replacements exist); otherwise the buyer will be granted a refund in full based on a mutual agreement among both parties.


Warranty
All SeibonCarbon products we sell are 100% covered by their normal manufacturer's warranty when you purchase from us. We purchase directly from Seibon which ensures you the full warranty. For a free electronic copy of the manufacturer's specific warranty terms please contact us via the eBay system. We have been in business since 1999, and are here to assist you before, during, and after your purchase. In the rare event you have any issues with your item, please contact us and we will be happy to facilitate the warranty process and help you through it.

Payment Terms

We require that all payments be paid through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay). This allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!
Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their bid; a refund in full will be issued. We refuse to service Paypal unconfirmed shipping addresses to prevent fraud on eBay. We do this at the recommendation of both Paypal and eBay. We are following their policies on how to best protect both us, the seller, and you the buyer.
