Spec Stage 2 Clutches are designed for mildly modified forced induction engines but can be used with stock power levels without sacrificing driveability. This clutch is great for daily driver duty and track use. The Spec Stage 2 clutch kit offers the a friendly pedal feel combined with Spec's legendary durability.

Spec Stage 2 Clutches combine superior holding power with the driveability you want by using premium materials. Each Stage 2 Clutch includes a high clamp pressure plate, pure Kevlar friction material and high torque sprung hub and disc assembly. Spec Stage 2 clutches feature an integrally molded carbon kevlar-based, high performance organic lining that offers smooth engagement and excellent life. This lining has an integrally bonded steel backing for strength under high clamp loads and temperatures.

Spec Stage 2 clutch kits feature a 6-spring hub with spring cover relieves for flexibility and heat treated components for strength and durability. This kit is made with a high clamp pressure plate and a Steel-backed, multi-compound woven organic material clutch disc. Spec Stage 2 clutch kits are an ideal replacement for any daily driven, high horsepower Mustang.

V6's built from January 2007 to June 6th 2007 must use Spec flywheel part# SF66A with the SF66 Clutch. V6's built from January 2007 to June 6th 2007 must use Spec flywheel part# SF66A with the SF66 Clutch. V6's built from June 6th 2007 to present must use Spec flywheel part# SF66A-2 with the SF66 Clutch.
