Shipping:
All Priority Mail shipments are shipped with Delivery Tracking Number. An email will be sent as soon as package is processed for shipment with tracking number. Warranty & Return Policy:

We provide exchange service for defective item. Product must be in original condition with all the original accessories. Upon receiving defective item, we will either fix it or ship you a replacement. Warranty 30 days from 4ucam Inc., 90 days warranty from the factory.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges when returning any items. Items returned for a refund that are not defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price. Returned item needs to be received by 4UCam within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns. Returned Item must be in new condition and with original packaging.
Returned Item should be in new condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item can not be returned.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you want to refund any free shipping item, you have to pay the non-refundable shipping handling fee (USA $15; international $35).
Please understand that we do not sell used or returned items. 20% restock fee imposed by the factory, and therefore we charge 20% restocking fee for non-defect item returned.
Please contact us to get the RMA# before return item. Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be process once we receive the item.
