Condition is Good!! The manual covers are lightly worn and lightly soiled but the pages are very clean. Some (very few) pages may have slight staining/slight tears/soiling/writing/wrinkles/finger prints/ etc etc...but all pages are there and 99% of the pages are like new!!

I only have ONE of these!!
