We utilize 5 axis machining and trimming technology in several applications, and have the capabilities to thermoform parts up to 120 inches. The end result is that we are able to produce our products efficiently and cost effectively without cutting any corners or compromising any of the high quality that we have built our reputation on.

In keeping with our commitment to quality we?ve taken great care to insure the detail and color of the patterns are reproduced to the highest standards possible. While conventional methods offered the visual quality we needed they didn?t offer the durability we demanded. With that in mind we developed the patters for use with new processes in which the camo patterns are etched directly into the raw material itself, before the parts are formed. The end result is a product that retains all of the high resolution detail and color while also providing a high degree of scratch resistance, ultraviolet stability (colors will not fade in the sun) and resistance to common cleaning chemicals.
