Shipping We typically ship all our items via USPS for U.S. buyers. We typically ship all our item via UPS for international buyers. They usually have the lowest prices. Additionally, while we list a handling time of 2 days, we try our hardest to get your items shipped the same day we receive payment.
TERMS OF SALE
Returns We have a simple, easy return policy on most items. We generally accept returns on most items up to 14 days from the date it is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and we ask buyer to contact us before they ship it back so we know when to expect it. There are some specialty items we sale, including motor vehicles, that we will not accept returns. These particular items will be marked as such in the item description. Over the years, F&S has sponsored some great racers, and although the emphasis has been on flat track, F&S has been affiliated with every kind of two-wheeled racing. In 1979, Gary and his wife Mary purchased the Harley-Davidson franchise and have seen it grow steadily ever since.
