We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase on all items returned to us in the same condition as sent out. Buyer pays return shipping. Please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. Original shipping cost is deducted from the refund as there is no way of recovering those fees. All returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover eBay and PayPal fees. We will ask you to agree to the cancellation of the order therefore recovering some fees incurred on the returned item. This will bring your refunded amount closest to the original cost of the item (again, less shipping). If you are returning an item that was shipped to you for free the amount paid by motoxsalvage will be deducted from your refund total.

If we made an error in the listing or in the item you received we will gladly issue a full refund, including all shipping costs incurred if item is returned using the least expensive method (i.e. we will not refund you if you choose to Express mail it back to us) so please contact us right away, we would be happy to help with the logistics to properly returning the item.

We do not accept returns on electronics as electrical problems elsewhere in your bike can damage components that are places in the system.
