Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. We do our best to refund within 1 business day, but it may take as many as 3 business days for the refund to be processed; this depends on the item and how long it takes us to verify the item's condition once we receive the item. There is a 35% restocking fee for all returns.
