We use UPS Ground & FedEx Ground shipping for all orders unless otherwise stated, and will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. In MOST CASES, orders will be shipped out the same day they are received if paid by 1pm PST. Sometimes we need to ship the items directly from the manufacturer to you and this can add 1-3 days to the handling time. We pride ourselves in FAST SHIPPING but same day handling is not always an option, especially on large items like exhaust systems! **IMPORTANT: UPS typically costs less up fron but WILL have higher brokerage fees, taxes, duties, and fees associated on delivery. US Mail Priority International or Express typically costs a little more initially but there are FAR LOWER brokerage fees, taxes, duties, and fees due on delivery. Most non-US customers are aware of the high fees charged by UPS for shipments received that originate outside of their destination country. The fees for brokerage, duties, and taxes in your country are beyond our control. Typically, the TOTAL COST when shipping US Mail Priority International (aka US Postal Service or USPS) is significantly less costly than UPS because the fees paid at the destination are very low HOWEVER, it costs more to ship the item up front. UPS on the other hand has a lower initial shipping cost however the fees on delivery can be very high. Many non-US customers PREFER to pay more for UPS because the tracking system is superior to US Mail as is their insurance policy and coverage. Even though US Mail is significantly less costly, the added piece of mind knowing that products carry better insurance and are much more easily found and followed during shipment is worth the added cost for many buyers. Our intent is to offer buyers OPTIONS and allow them to make the educated choice for what fits their needs and wishes. Also, UPS offers tools on their website so that you can estimate the taxes and fees for shipments sent with those services to help you decide which method is best for you. You should also keep in mind that US Mail has a fairly small weight and size limit which is easily exceeded in the auto parts industry.
FSP Return Policy:
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. When you receive your product buyer must check for damages to box and product ordered. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS. No returns will be accepted after 15 business days.
Our return policy is straight forward and customer friendly. Our policy is a common sense approach to doing business. We will take any item back within 15 days of purchase as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer's warranty return policy (which we are obligated to honor) and the following conditions are met:
The item must be in original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed and/or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept return items that are not in the original packaging or where the original packaging has been damaged, written on, or taped with other than packaging tape (SO NOT USE DUCT TAPE OR MASKING TAPE!). These are constraints set by product manufacturers and we are obligated to honor their policies on returns. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited. Items returned with packaging that can no longer be used for re-sale will have a re-packaging fee.
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Unless our company or the listing is in error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- FOR RETURNS: Up to a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the item to the customer, will be charged on items returned without an exchange.
- FOR EXCHANGES: The customer will be responsible for the shipping and the return shipping costs of the original item(s). As a courtesy to you, the shipping on your replacement item(s) will be Freight Free providing they fall in the parameters of our Freight Free policy.
The item/items must be fully insured. The customer is responsible for providing shipping insurance that covers the full price of any item(s) being returned.
The customer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from us BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM: Please Call 414-367-4787 You must contact our store and obtain an RGA prior to returning any products. Be sure the RGA# is clearly posted ON THE LABEL, NOT THE BOX, along with your name and address.
WARRANTY ITEMS: Our company sells the highest quality products, most of which carry a manufacturers warranty. We will take care of the problem here at our store, or put you in touch with the manufacturer if the situation warrants.
