Exchange Policy:

If you request an exchange, please contact us first before returning the item. All product exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any unauthorized exchange will be refused.

  • Exchanged item needs to be received by Car Beyond Store within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns.
  • The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable.
  • Exchanged item should be in new and ready-to-sell condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item cannot exchange.

  • Exchanges will be shipped after the original item has been returned to us and evaluated for return acceptance.
Defective Returns:
  • Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 5 days from original delivery date.
  • In some cases, a product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. You can provide digital images of 'defect' item. Once it has been diagnosed, our customer service department will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee of 30%, shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
