A: Complete the "Buy It Now". Your remanufactured part will be shipped UPS Ground within 24 business hours. You will receive a UPS shipping label with your control module and your Ebay account will be updated with tracking information. After you have received the unit, you will ship your original module back to us. *Please read the following frequently asked questions.
Q: How do I ship my part to you for exchange?
A: We ship you a Rebuilt In Stock control module and a return shipping label, in order to retrieve your faulty control module. Once received this will validate your long-term warranty. Domestic UPS Ground shipping to you is “FREE” with your purchase (Continental USA Only). Expedited shipping requires a fee, contact us for expedited shipping costs. (Monday thru Friday 9am to 5:30pm e.s.t.) When you receive your UPS Label, attach it to the package securely with clear wide Tape, make sure to package the contents well to protect from damage. Each package is covered with $500 of contents insurance when packaged using UPS packaging Guidelines. Please contact us if you do not receive the label with your unit.
Q: How do I know if my part has been shipped?
A: Once you have completed your ”Buy It Now” purchase you will receive a tracking number via e-mail within 24 business hours of your purchase. We will update your ebay account with all tracking information within the same time frame. Please take into consideration weekends and Holidays (example: a part purchased on Friday after 5:30 eastern time may not be shipped until Monday or our next business day).
