**Technical Tips If headlights or tail lights are not instalLED properly, condensation buildup is possible. Please keep in mind, condensation indicates that your light assembly does not have an airtight seal. This is even more likely when living in extreme temperature changing climates. Any brand or even OEM replacement headlights or tail lights are susceptible to condensation if the item is improperly instalLED. Please make sure all sockets are tightly fastened and all o rings or rubber gaskets are in good condition. Bad o rings or rubber gaskets on your factory sockets can cause moisture. If you happen to have moisture buildup in your lights, please try the following solution. You can simply remove your lights from the vehicle and set out in the sun or in a dry area. Wait until the condensation has fully evaporated, and reseal around the seams with a clear silicone sealant on the assembly and replace any worn down o rings or rubber gaskets. This should alleviate the condensation issue.

Courier company: FedEx or USPS (depending on location and item size). Tracking num will be provided in most cases, except small shipment with USPS airmail to foreign countries.
We will ship mid-size or large-size items with FedEx to U.S. domestic areas (delivery in 1-6 business days) and we ship with USPS to Canada (delivery in 7-14 business days ).
We will ship small-size items with USPS. If you are located in HI, AK, PR, GU, VI or foreign countries, or you want the item to be sent to PO box, APO or FPO addresses, we have to ship it with USPS regardless the item size, and extra shipping and handling fee will be charged for above areas.
We will ship items to foreign countries and Canada with USPS International Service, which is a 7-14 days delivery. We will pay for the brokerage fee when items are under $200 Canadian Dollars, and customer is only responsible for custom and duty fee.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email within 3 business days from when the payment was received. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us. Include your ebay item # in the email and we will reply with a tracking number.

If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us. You will have 2 options.
Option 1. We will file a Damage Claim Report with the shipper. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the product back to us. We will then ship you a new product.
Option 2. Pay to ship the product back to our location to receive a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping. This responsibility falls under the shipper.
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE TESTED TO GUARANTEE FITMENT. In the event that the product does not fit, WE WILL ask that you provide a written report from a professional installer or shop so we can accept the return product.
If you have a return issue please contact us. To start the return process in order to receive a refund. We will either need a working tracking number or the product back to our location to process a refund. DO NOT SHIP BACK AN ITEM WITH OUT PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
