All of our parts come standard with a 90 day warranty:
1) We certify that all parts are in working order as described or reasonably inferred at the time of sale through 90 days from the bill of sale.
2) Should any part malfunction due to its own defect through no fault of the buyer, we will replace or refund the part upon receipt from a certified mechanic stating the malfunction and return of the part to Crosstown Auto.
No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
To return an item you must contact us via member to member messaging or by telephone (800)783-1980 within the 90 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Please be confident that your purchase is correct. If you are unsure please call our office toll free at (800)783-1980 or message us through member to member messaging. All returns are subject to freight charges at customers expense.
