• All wheel hubs and wheel bearings come with 6 months warranty from the date of shipping.
• We will replace the defective parts, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer return the original item at his/her own shipping cost. The replacement continues to carry the remaining warranty period but does not extend beyond the original warranty period.
• For warranty replacement items and only for warranty replacement items, we will refund the purchase price if the replacement is not available, or buyer prefers a refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost.
• If wheel hubs and wheel bearings are returned for a reason other than warranty, it is subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
• No reimbursement will be given for shipping delay, labor, mileage, causing damages or other costs involved in installation or re-installation of wheel hubs and wheel bearings.
• Warranty and shipping related claims require verification – do not dispose parts until instructed.
• To file a warranty claim, customers are required to submit their information by email. All warranty claims require a copy of your original purchase receipt and an image of the warranted parts.
• If the wheel hubs or wheel bearings are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days from date of receipt, providing a picture of the damaged part. Keep the box and part for us to file the claim with carriers.

Do not use impact wrench to install wheel hubs and wheel bearings because it may damage the parts. Use torque wrench ONLY. Please use correct axle torque spec and installation procedure ONLY.

Do not attempt to dissemble the product. Components may be damaged. Warranty void if the product is dissembled.

Return Procedure:

365hubs only accepts returns and refunds your purchases with an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by 365hubs. Please contact 365hubs for RMA number via eBay. 365hubs will evaluate the return request and issue RMA numbers accordingly.  Some returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee and 10 USD return shipping charge. 365hubs will generate a UPS return label and email you. Please put the label on your return part(s) and drop them off to any UPS stores or service locations.
