100% OEM NOT A COPY...beware of copies of this 7.3 floating around on eBay, being passed on as original...LOOK AT THE PHOTOS CLOSELY..if someone is selling a disc with a blurry front picture, it's a fake. Some sellers even use a sample picture..make sure you ask the seller whether the disc for sale is indeed the one pictured. OUR DISC IS THE EXACT ONE PICTURED ABOVE.
Item Condition: We guarantee this DVD to be in 100% working order, but only with the compatible vehicles listed below. Disc surface is in good condition, has been tested and it works good. Due to the nature of navigation discs spinning in the nav drive for long periods of time, they tend to develop light surface scuff marks or blemishes. This is purely due to normal usage

Term of Sale
RETURNS: We don't accept return or refund, if you purchase a wrong DVD map for your car.
No
refunds on navigation discs as they can be copied rather easily. If you
buy an item in error, you can send it back (return shipping at buyer's
expense) within 7-days of receipt, for EXCHANGE or store credit only.
Disc must be returned in the same condition as it was received (ie not
broken/abnormal scratches etc).
Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment on eBay (e-check payments through PayPal must clear prior to shipment). If you pay using your current PayPal cash balance, or via a credit card and PayPal, we will ship the item within 24-hours thereafter, Monday through Friday except holidays.

Shipping
Shipping is done Monday through Friday (except for legal holidays), via USPS with free delivery confirmation. If you need a faster shipping method, we have Priority Mail and Express Mail also available at an addition cost.
We sometimes ship items out same day as payment is received, so if you buy an item in error, it is imperative that you contact us immediately via eBay's message boards or Contact Seller link.

This item will ship by USPS International Priority Mail which does NOT provide for tracking. If you need tracking, you must pay for International Express Mail.
