SHIPPING:

Tires ship to USA only via ground and always as soon as possible.  Every tire listed has been thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped. Please note tire(s) are inspected a second time after purchase is made. If we discover any damage we DO NOT ship out the tire(s), instead we will contact the buyer within handling time and then a refund will be issued.

 Shipping Fee is an average. Exact shipping to your location can be determined by sending me your zip. It may be more or less depending on tire weight, size, and your location.

Regarding Free Shipping - buyer will be refunded the purchase amount less the actual cost of original shipping.

Canada: I will ship ground to Canada. You will need to contact me for shipping rate, Buyer pays all the shipping and taxes. If duties are assessed those will be paid by buyer.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Contact me for shipping rate. Buyer will pay all shipping costs for these areas.

HANDLING TIME: 

Handling time is one day. Friday, Saturday, or Sunday purchases will not be shipped until Monday. Tire may be dropped off for shipping on a Saturday but delivery companies do not deliver on weekends. This info can be verified in ebay shipping information.  Shipping costs are accurate. I work closely with shipping companies - I do NOT profit on shipping costs. Also, the estimated delivery times ebay posts are just that - estimated and do not reflect actual time based on I day handling and accurate time for true delivery locations. I ship same day or within 1 day handling (excluding weekends). I can usually give you a guaranteed date or estimated that is more accurate.

RETURNS:

Tires must be returned as received and in unused condition.  Tires that have been mounted or driven on will not be accepted for return. We have the necessary tire information recorded to insure our tire is the tire being returned to us.  Returns will not be accepted for incorrect tire size, rubbing problems, turning issues, or incorrect wheel sizes.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a refund will not include any original shipping fees paid by us or the buyer.
