A custom cut and hole punched 5052 highly non-corrosive piano hinge is supplied with eleven aluminum 3/16 inch “Pop” rivets and special neoprene bonded back up washers. The hole pattern in the hinge is specially made with each hole located in the area that provides the least stress on the panel material.

Installation requires a riveting tool and a 3/16 inch drill bit and drilling motor NOT SUPPLIED with the kit.
