Policies:

Payment
Payment is required within 24hrs of purchase. We accept Pay Pal or Visa/MasterCard by phone. If for some reason payment cannot be made in 24hrs we will accept a 20% deposit to hold the item or you can contact us for special arrangements.

Shipping
Most items ship 1-3 days after payment is received and cleared. Shipping insurance is included with all items. Remember if you have not paid for expedited shipping you will receive your item in 7-10 days. Most items ship same day, however if you place your order after 3:00 PM it may not ship until the next business day. That means if you order on Friday at 5:00 PM it will not ship until Monday and if you're east of the Mississippi transit time is 5 business days so you won't see it until the following Monday (10 days).

Transit times are as follows:

•               UPS Ground, 5-6 days Business Days

•               UPS 2 Day Select, 2-3 Business Days

•               UPS 3 Day Select, 3-4 Business Days

•               UPS Next Day Air, 1 Business Day

•               US Postal Priority Mail, 4-5 Days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to additional Customs fees.

Canadian orders shipped via UPS may also be subject to UPS brokerage fees.

Please check with your country's Customs policies before placing an order. Also, please visit www.ups.com for more information on UPS brokerage fees (Orders to Canada only). USPS is typically a 7-15 day service to Canada.

You are fully responsible for all additional fees your order may incur. With international shipping, the destination country will charge duties and import taxes on the shipment. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and can be paid with cash or check. Shipping carrier collects these fees on delivery.

Return Policy

At MKM Customs we make returns as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the automotive industry. We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about Return Policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

•              Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.

•              Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.

•              Shipping Fees are non-refundable

•              All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.

•              There are few non-returnable products &services that are listed in section below.

•              Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.
