SHIPPING
We ship the majority of our items via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE A PO BOX ADDRESS unless we specify in the auction it will be shipped via USPS. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery. *** Please note: We can usually offer combined shipping on multiple purchased, so please be sure to ask!
RETURNS
Unless specified as "No Returns", all of our auctions have a 14 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please include the original auction ID number inside the return package so that we may quickly issue a refund. If an item arrives broken or damaged, we ask that you provide us photos of the damage as you found it in the package. Please be sure to contact us first to work out a solution before considering feedback - we want to work with you!
