Please contact us prior to making a return. All returns must first be approved. In order to receive ANY refund or replacement you must first return the item. No exceptions. All returns at the buyer's expense. This includes regular returns and factory defective items. After a return has been authorized, there is a 5 day grace period in which to ship the return. Items that arrive defective, broken or damaged must be reported on the date of arrival. Reports for damaged/defective items will not be accepted if not made on the date of delivery. For regular returns, the item must be in the original, unopened packaging. The item must be completely unused. Returns will not be accepted for incomplete or used items. Refunds WILL NOT include the shipping and handling costs of the items.
Factory Defective Items:
Colors may vary for all items. A different color does not constitute a defective item. Refunds issued for accepted returns will be for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping and handling costs Factory defective items must be returned. This is necessary, as the factory requires inspection of the items by their techs prior to clearing a defective item claim. Refunds issued for defective items will be for the full purchase price of the item. If a replacement is requested, there will be no additional cost for shipping the replacement if your item is found to be defective
