 We replaced the Velcro and used a stronger glue and it worked fine.

 Worth the money since we had a quick and cheap fix fo our only

 complaint. Besides we were using it to cover the skylight in the shower

 instead of a vertical window, so that may be the reason it didn't stay

 up. I imagine it's harder to hang upside-down than to lay flat on a wall!
