From a 2002 road king is a pair of hard saddle bag lid covers. The material appears leather like but suspect it's vinyl. They have been stored in a hot Arizona garage and the velcro adhesive is very tacky and you may need to change. Harley logo but no manufacturer, may be aftermarket. There still nice.
