A large percentage of our items are used and will not be in new condition unless specified. All items sold new or used are sold as is all sales final and no returns.  Any damage during shipping must be must be notified and documented to the appropriate shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping damage once the item leaves our store or if item is left at shipping destination "we require an adult signature to confirm you received item"..   Pictures are of actual items and we do our best to describe each and every item. Payment is Paypal and is due within 3 days of the auctions close. We only ship in the U.S.A.

We will ship the item in 24-48 hours after your payment is cleared.  After we ship the item out, we will email you  the tracking number, please check the tracking number during 1-6 days makes sure you receive the item. 

 UPS will attempt to deliver Item 3 times, therefore after we provide you with the tracking number, please have someone home or at your business to receive it because if UPS misses you all 3 times due to no one being at the confirmed shipping address they will return the item back to the sender.  This is the UPS's policy, we can not control this.  Therefore if the Item returned to us, we will charge you the shipping money that we paid for this delivery and we also charge you the money fee's for Ebay and PayPal for this transaction canceled due to the Item being returned to us.

o     UPS only delivers on business days, no delivery on weekends or holidays. If your payment clears on Friday we will ship the item out on Monday.

o      Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We will only ship to your confirmed address listed on your PayPal payment for the shipment. We have no responsibility for other shipping address provided. Due to the secure reasons, we are not allowed to alter shipping address change through email.
