All returns must reach us within 14 days of customer receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total purchase. Our restocking fee is issued by Ford Motor Company and Ford Original Parts does not retain any portion of this fee. Parts must be returned in original undamaged packaging. Any one individual part in your order less than $40 is not refundable and customer are responsible for cost of shipping parts back if part is returnable.
