All the used new/used items I sell are in good condition. I try to be impeccable in my description, noting any possible flaws. If you are not satisfied with your order, or I have made a human error, please contact me so we will address any issue.

If I ship media mail it typically takes 5-9 days, more like a week on average. I ship out same day, or within one business day upon receiving payment for the most part if humanly possible.
If you need it faster and it’s not offered, please let me know. I can ship it any way you like, & adjust shipping costs. I can also give you an estimate of shipping prior to purchase. I do not make money off of shipping and bring you shipping costs as close to exact as possible, and the lowest price I can get. I do not charge a handling fee, or restocking fee if returned.
If it’s a small item/book/less than 13 ounces, I automatically upgrade your shipping for the same price to first class to get it there faster for you, no extra charge.
I am happy to combine shipping, or ship anywhere, Canada, Mexico, or internationally for exact shipping cost. You can email first for an estimate, or purchase or request invoice before paying. The choice for type of mail service will be on the invoice.
I am happy to put a gift card in for you, gift wrap in tissue, & leave the packing slip. Just email me and let me know.
To keep costs down, I do not encourage returns unless there has been an error on my part, in which case I apologize in advance and, of course, would give a full refund including shipping costs if it’s my error, otherwise, buyer pays return shipping.
In case of human error, please give me the benefit of the doubt and a chance to correct it for you, I go out of my way to make my customers happy; just read my 100% positive feedback.
