The key blade has been cut and will need to be replaced by your locksmith, and re-programmed for your Toyota. The key is in used condition; OEM and not aftermarket. I can't find the part number; it is probably inside. The battery is good.
Be sure to have a locksmith reprogram it for you, as your Toyota dealer will want to sell you a new one.
