- In the event of a warranty return please contact JDMSource for a RA (Return Authorization) Code
- Ship warranty return with prepaid shipping back to JDMSource along with the RA on packaging. Any returns sent collect shipping will be refused
- Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
- Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the product to be repaired or an exchange to be sent to you.

- The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the the returned defective item in question. A 20% of the invoice amount for restocking fee will be applied to all returned/refused items. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have a RA number or Return Authorization number from JDMSource before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package.
