3. All items will be sold as the final price or committed in messages.

4. Please contact us for your detailed receiving address and other information (such as receiver, telephone, address, postal code etc.) as detailed as you can. If goods has been bounced since incorrect receiving information, the buyer should responsible to the lost.

5. The item will be shipped by Air Mail and should arrive to you duty-free. However Buyer are responsible for any import taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country's customs bureau. International buyers should check with their local agency for customs information.

  Payment

1. Payment Method: PayPal is highly recommended. Other payment method please ASK for acceptance before paid. Remember to quote the item number with payment.

2. Shipping and Handling Fee:  is not negotiable. We use the handling charge to cover our shipping department cost, packaging materials, boxes, and labels. Standard S&H is only set for single item, each additional item for same buyer in same shipping will get combine shipping discount, please ask us to confirm if absence in description.

3. Payment Period: All payments are expected within 7 days after the auction ended, Non Paying bidding will be FORFEITED and bidder will receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. We will not dispatch the shipment until payment cleared.

  Shipping Information

1. Local Buyer: Items listed here is for Overseas Buyers (include Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) only, No local pickup for auction customers and No third party shipping carrier will be used. Buyers from LOCAL will be additional charged 30% domestic Sales Tax plus service.

2. International Shipment: will be shipped via postal Air mail or DHL/UPS/COE Express. Normally, standard shipping via air mail will take 7-15 business days to arrive,  actual transit time might fluctuate. (All mail transit time stated is average estimated but not guaranteed.) Please choose EXPEDITED Service if you expect quicker.

3. Combine Shipping: Not applicable to auction items. Please ask us before paid, we will help you save more.

4. Insurance: Highly recommended the buyer pay for insurance since we do not responsible to either the damage or the loss during shipping.

5. Bulk Buyer: Wholesale buyer ( for order amount over EUR2000 or total weight exceed 100kg) can negotiate delivery time and other shipping method for cost reduce. We can assist you.

1 Year Exchange

1. All items listed is genuine, brand new and in good condition. We shipped from the source directly, all sales are final.

2. We guarantee Refund within 30 days and Exchange within 1 year (only for defective item without physical damage and meet the requirement listed below).

3. In order to claim the RMA, the buyer must report to us (clear descript in e-mail and with photo is the best) within required Days indicated below. If it is over the period, the RMA request will be denied:
REFUND: Defective products must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of receiving the item and returned within the next 7 days after reported;
EXCHANGE: Defective products must be returned within 1 year from the date of receiving the item and returned within the next 7 days after reported.

5. It is up to the Customer to Pay Freight on Returns;

6. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

7. If returned item are accepted to exchange, replacement must be same item only, if sold out, we will offer you store credit.

8. If no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping.

9. Returns which meet the warranty requirement of exchange, buyer will get the replacement for free charge (include the freight to you).
