Unless otherwise stated, all products are fully tested for functionality that meets the original manufacturer's standards.
All used products are warranted for 30 days from the day of product SHIPMENT. NEW and REBUILT products carry their manufacturer's warranty. We will have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you. Cannibalizing or otherwise modify the part breaches any and all warranties!
It is important that you state the original product number you are replacing when filing a return. This will minimize the risk of us returning a product that is incompatible with your system.
In the event products are as described and we cannot find any fault when tested under 'normal' operating conditions, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% to cover our costs. It is YOUR responsibility to take proper precautions when installing items in your vehicle. We are not responsible for any shorts, blown fuses or bulbs in the event proper procedures are ignored.
Physical damage to any product, including burn-outs, automatically void product's warranty and breach the return policy.
