Our local sheriff's department bought these Tahoe's brand new and immediately removed this second row seat for a different type of seat. The material is vinyl, and not leather found in civilian vehicles. However, there is hardly a noticeably difference. These seats have been folded in the down position for some time so there is a impression on the bottom cushion where the headrest was, but will lift out over time. There is a small tear in the back carpeted section (see picture) and it has been discounted as such. PLEASE NOTE, ONLY ONE SEATBELT RECIPTICAL IS INCLUDED AS PICTURED.
