We purchase wholesale of customer returns and overstock inventory from several retail companies. We inspect and/or test each item and note if there are any defects, problems, or missing parts. Please read the item condition notes completely before bidding or buying. Because our merchandise travels through various distribution centers, the boxes may have shipping labels, stickers, excess tape or show handling wear even on items listed as new.

International Buyers: We will ship most items under 4 pounds via USPS First Class International Mail. This method of shipping is not trackable, and may take up to 30 days to arrive at your country's customs office. We have no control over shipping delays with carrier or customs with your particular country, every Country is different. All items over 4 pounds are required to ship via Priority International. This method is trackable, insured, and takes up to 10 to 15 business days to arrive. Any taxes or customs fees are not included in the shipping price and are the buyers responsibility to pay. Priority Mail is recommended for items under 4 pounds that are of high value. We will not mark items as gifts or for lower value on the customs forms.

RETURNS

If there is a problem with your item, please contact us as quickly as possible. If the item is defective or not as described, we will work to make it right. Depending on stock availability we may exchange for same condition or issue you a refund and cover domestic return shipping costs. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses on any returns / exchanges if they have made an error or changed their mind, etc. This means that any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. If free shipping was offered, the amount it cost to ship to you will be deducted from the refund. An item it must be returned in the same condition as originally received and must include all accessories.

All electronic returns must match the serial number on file of the item you received. If you send a different item back to us your item will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

Items that are sold Brand New In the Box: If the item was accurately described in the auction and the item has been opened/used, the buyer is responsible for a 15% re-stocking fee and all related shipping expenses.
