If timely delivery is of major importance, if insurance is desired or a tracking number desired, please request a quote for the considerably more expensive Global Priority Mail. Acceptance of First Class International Mail is a tacit acceptance of shipping at the buyer's risk. No matter what form of shipping is used, once the purchase crosses the Post Office counter I have no control over shipping time by the USPS, your local postal system or delays by Customs.
